Partnership Expectations
Those in partnership with The Rock, are encouraged to attend at least one service per week, be in relationship through a Konnect group, while maintaining an outreach focus, and endeavouring to grow daily in their personal walk with Christ.

Our Mission
To celebrate life through Christ as we:
- Raise enduring disciples and effective leaders
- Outreach to a lost and needy world
- Celebrate the goodness of God
- Konnect with each other through small groups
Steps to achieve our Mission
- Have a community and world focus, which seeks to reach the lost, while creating ministries and resources that are beneficial to those within Redlands and beyond
- Create a family atmosphere, which endeavors to demonstrate the love that Christ exhibited
- Accept people without prejudice
- Share resources and time where possible with others in genuine need
- Implement practical training programs & life skill seminars for the people of the community
- Introduce relevant training and discipleship to empower, equip and release people for Christian ministry
- Grow smaller as we grow bigger (through KonnectGroups)
- Create services that are sensitive to the Holy Spirit and His will to minister to those seeking emotional, physical or spiritual healing
- Be a people of prayer and faith
- Pray for and support the sick
- Provide worship services that inspire and motivate people to celebrate the goodness of Christ and the love of God
- Preach the unadulterated word of God in season and under the unction and power of Holy Spirit

- To be known throughout the Redlands and beyond as a large but caring influencial community based church, consisting of genuine everyday people who impact lives by demonstrating Christ Jesus' love.
- A church which continues to fulfil its purpose statement and creates opportunities and training for those to excel in life.
